THE REGISTRATION PROCESS

  1. Review the Retreat Booking Options and choose your first AND second preferences.

  2. Check availability of your choice with our Registrar (via email to ecspiritualretreat@gmail.com)

  3. Complete the registration form (email or call for the form) then send your payment

 

Please note that the following meals are included with your registration

Saturday (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner)

Sunday (Breakfast)

 

ACCOMMODATION

 

Review the Booking Options below and choose lectures, workshops, and events you'd like to attend. Lectures, workshops, and events are included in all registrations

    

RETREAT ACCOMMODATION BOOKING OPTIONS

Your room selection includes accommodation for Friday and Saturday nights

 

Main Building

               

Option 1:  Shared room, twin beds, ensuite, with meals, $277 per person (room shared with your roommate)

 

Option 2:   Queen room, queen bed, ensuite, with meals, $277 per person (room shared with your roommate)

 

Option 3:   Shared room, twin beds, ensuite, with meals, $277 per person (room shared with another guest who will be assigned by the Retreat Registrar)

 

Option 4:   Single room, twin beds, ensuite, with meals, $317 per person (room NOT shared with another guest – for special needs only)

 

Avila Hall (located approximately 130 feet from the main building, no elevator)

           

Option 5:   Single room, twin bed, shared bathroom, with meals, $267 per person

 

COMMUTERS - (Those individuals attending the retreat but do not require accommodation)

 

Option 6:   Single attendee, with meals, $180

 

Option 7:   Single attendee, NO meals (you can bring your own meals) $102              

 

Financial assistance may be available upon request.  Enquire with the Registrar.  Please consider prayerfully how much you can afford to pay.

It is important that you include the following information when sending the email or leaving a phone message

 

Include the following information:

  • your name

  • the email address you wish to be contacted at

  • your first and second booking option preferences

  • the number of people you would like to register

               

Booking with a roommate?  Also, include:

  • name of roommate

  • if you and your roommate are paying separately, include their email address

 

 

 

2. Completing the registration form and sending payment

 

Once you have contacted us with the above-mentioned options, Teresa will send you the registration form by email once the availability of your booking option has been confirmed

 

Payment options are either by cheque or interact e-Transfer

 

Important:  Bookings are not guaranteed until payment is received

 

Please book early as space is limited

 

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Attendees unable to attend the retreat will receive a refund less $50 cancellation fee provided that the attendee notifies the Registrar by phone at 905-791-8555 by February 7th, 2020.   There will be no refund for cancellations after February 7th, 2020.
